How long will it take before my banners are ready?
After you make your payment, it usually take less than 24 hours before
you can view your banner. If you have any modification requests, it can
take anywhere between 10 minutes to 12 hours before your banner is updated.
How do I order?

You must fill in all the required fields for each banner.
What are PSD Files
PSD files are Adobe Photoshop source files, we create all our banners
using Photoshop. Source file contains editable layers so you can modify
them.
How can I pay for my order?
After providing details for the banner, you will be given the option
to pay by PAYPAL or CREDIT CARD. Credit Card details are collected and
processed by 2Checkout.com. WE DO NOT STORE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO.
I don't like my banner, can I request some changes?
SURE! we offer 5 free revisions where you can request changes to your
banner. On average, our customers are satisfy after 1st or 2nd revisions.
What kind of changes can/can't I request?
You cannot request change to the physical size of your banner, or a
complete re-write of the text ad. This will be considered a different
banner and normal price will be charged. Other than that, you can request
any changes, such as color, text positioning, animated frame positions,
etc...
Do you provide HTML code for my banner?
We can help you with writing the HTML code for you banner as long as
you have a place to host your banner. If you need help with HTML, please
ask us when reviewing your banner.
What is a static banner? What is an animated banner?
Static banner is simply an image (banner) with no moving elements..
Animated banner have movements, typically cycling through a series of
text promoting your products and services.
I ordered a banner from you a while ago, but i've lost my banner
and the link to view my banner.
If you still have your order number (receipt number or paypal ID), please
contact us and we'll be more than happy to assist you.
I don't want my banner featured in your portoflio.
If your banner is already listed in our portfolio, you can contact us
to get it removed, or let us know during our review process that you
do not want it in the portfolio.
